Saves everything to one zip file: each job's quote and invoice in folders by status, a spreadsheet of all jobs, and the file AssaQuote needs to restore. Keep it somewhere safe, e.g. a USB drive or cloud storage, and download a fresh one each month.
Restoring puts back jobs and part prices that are missing, e.g. deleted by mistake. It never changes or removes anything already in AssaQuote. Photos of deleted jobs can't be brought back.
